Using another mods hairstyle for my mods follower? Help?

SO. I'm making a follower mod. I have a lot of the dialogue voiced and the quest concluded. As I get closer to the technical aspect of completion I'm started to look at finer details, like the look of the follower ect. This is my first mod, so I'm semi-green but so far so good.

So onto what I need help with, I like a particular hairstyle in KSHair mod. How would I go about using that particular asset in my mod? I would give credit and such. It's just the one hair style I want.

I know that loading CK with the plugin enabled let's my select it on my character, however upon leaving creation kit and loading skyrim it reverts to a normal skyrim hairstyle.

I'm using Old-rim and Old CK as my SSE CK had A LOT of issues. I plan to port it over later.

Thanks in advance :)

Before you load the KShair plugin in the CK, use Wrye Bash to 'esmify' the plugin. Once 'esmified' use whatever records you need from the KShair plugin and save your plugin. Then using Wrye Bash 'espify' the KShair plugin and test in game. From this point on you'll always have to 'esmify' the KShair plugin prior to loading yours in the CK, otherwise the CK will screw with the record links. And users will be required to have that KShair mod or their game will crash.

Thus, before doing this, you should check the permissions of the KShair mod in question. It may be possible that you can use the hair assets within your own records without the need for making the KShair plugin a parent master of your mod.

Thank you! I'm not too familiar with Wrye Bash but I'm sure I can figure it out with a bit of time, upon looking for the download I seem to only see a Special edition version. Is there a version of Wrye Bash for oldrim? Or will the stand alone work fine?

Edit: Never mind, I see the stand alone old version can be used! Thank you.

Double Edit:" There is no need to contact me for permission to use KS Hair on your follower or NPC mods, please use it freely."
