Howdy folks!

Friend of mine asked if i could make a spear for him for Skyrim, like the ones in 300. Issue is, there is no spear weapons in skyrim, so no fighting animations for one.

I know they have spear weapons in New Vegas, is it possible to copy&paste the animations for new vegas spear weapons and put them into skyrim???

According to the Terms of Service for Bethesda you can not import resources from one game into any other Bethesda game even from another Bethesda game. If the resources came from a mod added to a Bethesda game then you are permitted to use those resources for yourself. You could not, however, upload the ported mod without the mod author's permission.

And if you even knew the TOS of Bethesda, you'd know that Bethesda owns the mods.

Great way to contradict yourself.

@OP There's a god-damn LOZ mod that just screams copyright infringment and goes against the major rule of uploading mods to the Nexus, yet it's got a huge following and ain't down yet. Go at it when you find out how.

They do own the mods, yes, but that is an issue they are not enforcing at this time if ever.
