How do I delete a propetty from Quest Stages papyrus fragments

Title. I am a super noob. I tried to make an actor become a follower upon quest completion. Messed up my properties. Now I can't remove them. How do I remove them? Please help.

My best guesses...

 

Option #1

Delete all fragments for that quest, delete the script files themselves and start over with a fresh script.

 

Option #2

Try removing the properties from the full script with an external editor like SublimeText or Notepad++ and re-compile the script outside of the CK with the same editor.

select the property you want to remove, highlight it and delete it.

 

build the script and save it

I just edited the source after and deleted it manually wasn't aware you could do it that way thanks for the replies :)
