Ironman5000
I don't know if it's worth trying to play with Imagespaces, like maybe your exterior area is made up several cells so in the ones where your swamp area is you could use a different or modified imagespace? Not sure how well it would work with exterior cells but it's easy enough with interiors. You could even use the radiation smoke and alter it in Nifskope by doing some kind of desaturation or alpha toggling of some sort to make it look a bit more like swamp mist, depends what your willing to do really. Maybe that helps in some way but it's mainly theory.

Ironman5000
Well ive done a bit a weather manipulation for weather several months ago, I think what I did was mess about with the Climate which should be in the same category. From what I remember you should be able to choose cloud types and other stuff, give it it's own editorID and when you create a new weather you can pick the climate for your custom weather. If like I suspect this information is useless  why not open Nevada Skies in the GECK to see how it was put together? Other than that I would say look at how the weather for the black mountain area was put together (it seems to be more distinct than the rest of vegas). Dzordzbuzs
The regions tab is that what you are looking for ( World>Regions... on Toolbar) it lets you create a new region in your worldspace with any data you want, weather included. Check this page for more detailed information Edited April 21, 2012 by Dzordzbuzs
