Deleted7460815User
I posted a thread on fallout 4 mod requests and it got deleted just after i posted, i got no warning or notification of why it got deleted. I dont think i did anything against the rules for that to happen, however i would like to know what i did wrong.

Deleted7460815User
You offered to pay for a mod is probably it.Is that against the rules?! Why?Sorry i am new here and i had no idea it would be considered a problem since modders are used to take donations
Niborino9409
Donations are allowed but users/authors aren't allowed to ask for them. People are supposed to donate of their own will. I am not a staff member but I would think it's so that the modding won't turn into a monetized business. Would ruin the fun of it and attract bad people if there's money involved. You have the Terms and Policies up to the right. Edited December 7, 2017 by Niborino9409
JimboUK
The rules can be found here https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?app=forums&module=extras§ion=boardrules the following one applies in the case of your post. Do not solicit services from other Nexus members in exchange for monetary compensation or promise of such compensation in connection with content that falls within the scope of a game publishers EULA. For example, this means that you may not recruit modders with the promise of monetary compensation to create a custom .ESP file for you or alter game content that is subject to Bethesdas EULA governing the use of their assets and the Creation Kit. Thandal
You acknowledged that you had read the rules when you registered your account. The first paragraph of the Terms of Service makes it clear why this is important. There's a link to the entire set in the top-right of every page, but here's that portion again: Terms of ServicePreambleThese terms of service and rules are not default, generic, stock terms of service you'll see copied across the millions of sites and forums on the internet. They've been specifically and manually created by the moderation team at Nexus Mods. Its important you understand that these terms and rules are enforced, often strictly, every day by the Nexus staff and that we haven't written these rules just for the sake of it, we’ve written them because they're the guidelines that we, the staff, look to when performing our duties. As such you should not casually dismiss these terms and rules as simply being the same generic rules you've agreed to on countless other sites. They're not. You ignore this fact at your own peril.
