iSabu
I started using MO2 and installed Skyrim completly new with it. I always checked if everything is working fine after some mods are installed. Now Im finished and wanted to run Loot for the last time it just crashes before it can really load the plugins. Same for SSEEdit and Skyrim itself. This message is what I get when opening SSEEdit maybe it helps https://puu.sh/yC6e6/994574a540.png EDIT: After deactivating mod by mod I found out that it has something to do with FNIS. It also shows that it overwrites some files in this "Overwrite" pseudo mod. Maybe its because of that. Im actually not sure what to do with these files in there and what they exactly mean. iXenite
This is what I do for the Overwrite folder. Let's just say I have nothing in the Overwrite folder, this is actually important, and then I run something like FINIS. After FNIS is run, files will be added into the Overwrite. From there - I would right click on the Overwrite folder and then click "Create Mod". Name the "mod" something like "FNIS Generated Files" and then activate it. The same would apply to files generated by SKSE or anything else that goes into the Overwrite (like a Bashed Patch). It should be okay to leave them in there as well, but I like to keep them organized as mods. For LOOT, try installing it all over again and see if that fixes it. Sometimes LOOT just does that kind of stuff.

iXenite
Does the built in load order sorter (which is LOOT by the way) work in Mod Organizer 2? If so - maybe just use that instead of the normal LOOT application. I did that for a while when LOOT was acting funny a while back.
iSabu
You mean the "sort" option above the plugins on the right? No it gives the this error "loot failed. exit code was: 1". But its not only loot what doesnt work like I said sseedit also gets the error in the posted link above and skyrim crashes when I try to start it when FNIS is activated.
