Grass Issue

Hello, I was hoping to get a few expert opinions, I'm having issues where grass clips quite a lot of places. As well textures changing to different textures. Here's pictures of it changing and moving in 10 secs, every time I turn and look back.

Does Wrye Bash make a document of the mods I've used? Trying to find it to show you guys.

In the Wrye Bash Mods tab right click on the column header named File and select List Mods. In the dialogue box that opens select everything in the box from the start of the spoiler tag (including the square brackets) to the very end and Ctrl+c to copy ... then in your post here Ctrl+v to paste it into your post.
