Miraakhunter
I have attached links to pictures that show you what I mean. In addition to the awful looking water, it gives you an idea on what it does. It will appear/reappear again, and a "draw distance" issue (the best way I can explain it). If you walk, the distance keeps the same length ahead of you and behind you so you have a space of water near you that is clear. Also, when you walk into the water it disappears but will reappear shortly after.I've googled for hours/days now at this point, and tried multiple things and not able to get it fixed. Things I have tried include:-Verify integrity of game-Set to multiple different settings via launcher/FO4edit-Set-up new game file-Uninstalled/Reinstalled game-Started game with "read-only" files to ensure that a potential fix I put it wouldn't reset itself-Messed with load order. chucksteel
My best guess is that you have a mod that sets the "No Pre-Vis" flag for the cells in that area. Probably a scrapping mod but possibly not. I ran into an issue that looked very much like this with my mod The Beantown Interiors Project. I caused the issue in Forest Grove Marsh and Nahant. The only solution was to remove the "No Pre-Vis" flag and regenerate new Pre-combined meshes and visibility for the locations. I suggest you run your mods through xEdit and look for edits around sanctuary that may have this flag set.
