Suggestions for a "Let's Play"?

I've been toying with the idea of doing a playthrough, just of the main story and DLC main stories, otherwise it could go on FOREVER.

 

I have a few mods I'm planning on using, but I really like the idea of having the community build this playthrough with me.

 

I have an idea for a character that is essentially the opposite of what I always play, but I'd love some input!
