New Char starting stats 3,4 8,1,9,9,6.. Very hard @ Hardcore...NPs been there before.

But now doing the casino/implant run to NV at level 1......WTF!!!!

 

Monsters everywhere: I ran past about 30 just getting to Nipton including a deathclaw...had to be the blind one as I sidestepped him and sprinted

scorpions, spiders, all sorts that I didn't wait to look at and so far I have managed to get to the Wolfhorn ranch with 95%HPS.

 

BUT!!!! OH yes it's great fun at level 30+ but TBH running everywhere with a pack of very angry, very hungry critters right up yr backside not

to mention the usual Vipers and other meateaters out there, at level one is no joke.

 

So as I have over 50 mods installed , anyone have a clue which one it is that I have to damp down to get to NV.

I dont want to do this but I have been very lucky so far and it cannot hold and I will have to get back to Goodsprings to start the game properly.

It makes the very hard Dragons in Skyrim a real joke IMHO

Nps I reached there ok and have my 10 int and will be on the way back to Goodsprings awaste of everyone's time...but it was fun I guess..had about 20 chasing me at one time...poor old NCR copped them : (

Yes it is a monster mod but I seeem to ahve so many but I have disabled almost every file and it had no effect so WTF? I reticked them..

 

Oh hell I got there. with some HPs

 

..I tried to kill one with 42 SGs and he just laughed at me as I pressed quickload (1% HPs by then)

 

 

Really appreciated the Clark Kent lookalike in the saloon near Novac as he killed some form of Zombie with long claws

while I hid (yes i did) behind the bar. I have no shame at level one : )

 

 

BUT It is the FNV version of bungee jumping for sure

 

I think that I will try and run home past the deathclaws ...hahaha yeah....right?

You unticked almost every file and you still get the monsters? That is strange indeed. Try unticking them all and see if it still happens. If it still does make a new character with no mods at all and see what happens, then if everything is normal re-add them one-by-one.

Ohh My surprise here was that at level 62 I hadn't even noticed them probably for 30+ levels so I guess i sort of forgot about them and couldn't untick the correct box.

I was using that stupid game box and not the mod manager to untick and I may have missed one as

they are so poorly packed in there re display.

 

I downloaded the newer version of that mod and will check all mods for upgrades....after I save the working game files

on backup

 

I actually could not get my Lev 62 to work in FNV for a week.

So I re-installed completelt but forgot to change the NVSE icon to the new version.

Naturally FNV & my level 62 work perfectly now ON THE OLD FILES and so does this

new char so I have no idea why FNV wouldn't load saves for a week or so.

luckily i have 50gig max DL and a nice Vanilla game file.
