Modded Save CTD Once I get to Whiterun

Hey guys so I have never had issues with any of my previous modded saves of skyrim with similar modsets but for some reason this one is really not cooperating. I've done some cleaning with TESVEDIT and LOOT as well as starting a new save with a few mods that I knew caused conflict. I will admit I am a noob with load orders still so here's hoping I can get some help!
