Weird Animation Glitch

Ok so after changing some mods to fix some issues in my game, none of which were animation mods mind you, I started getting this weird animation glitch ONLY with running or sprinting forward. At first I thought my game had forced me into 1st person when I couldn't see my character only to find that they were clipping in a static pose through the ground. I tried moving in different directions both running and walking and everything looked fine. It's JUST with moving forward when running or sprinting. If I force my character to walk like when you're overweight the animation is fine. I did everything you're supposed to like run DSR, FNIS, and LOOT so I'm at a loss as to why this new random glitch has appeared in my game. Here's an example of the clipping issue (A video would have been better but the software I have can't record Skyrim for whatever reason) and I assure you, i was snapping these while moving my character:

Yeah, she like falls back and is stuck in static position wobbling from side to side when I run or sprint forward. I noticed something else too. In the MCM menu I tried turning off all my animation sets to see if she still did this, which she did, but when I went back to turn them back on again the menu was missing. So I've reinstalled my FNIS PCEA2 because the only thing I can think of possibly wrong is a custom animation set I installed manually went array. Otherwise the mods I've uninstalled recently had nothing to do with animations.

Ah kk, turns out I had a duplicate of the same animation. Not sure if deleting it will fix the problem but it's worth a shot. Anyways, what I mean by random is that none of the mods I switched out should have had anything to do with animations at all so having this problem all of a sudden in my game just didn't make any sense. Also, and I have no idea if this is related or not but ever since I updated to the latest version of LOOT it won't sort my load order. I even reinstalled it too and still, nothing changes... :/

For the LOOT issue, go to C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Local\LOOT\Skyrim and move masterlist.yaml and any loadorder.bak files somewhere else. This should make LOOT completely re-examine all of your files and re-sort them.

Oh, whoops. I didn't know that and yeah I just noticed that I've been looking at the wrong name this whole time. How embarrassing! Anyway I tried your method but it didn't really do anything from what I can tell so unless I have LOOT installed in the wrong folder its still not changing the load order. I found the files you told me to look for here C:\Users\Name\AppData\Local\LOOT\Skyrim.
