Can't change hair color.

When I go to a barber or type "slm 14" in the console and try to change the color of my character's hair it just won't change.

Mousing over 'Platinum Blonde' should change it visually but it doesn't. Clicking a color just makes it act like I pressed Cancel.

No mods that I uninstall or re-install seem to do anything.

The hair style changes fine, I am launching Fallout 4 with F4SE every time (which is working otherwise XDI wouldn't work) and here's my plugins list if that helps.

I've never used a barber shop or console to change hair color ... there is a mod that allow to change that or Amazing Follower Tweak mod will also allow you to change everything, not just the hair color, or you can also create your own mod using FO4Edit and change the color.
