Hi.

I hade this problem 6 years ago with the original skyrim. Now i started modding skyrim again with the new vib. But my old nighmare come back. I wish they solve this with the Special Edition. I dont have the same graphic card and more ram but still piss me off. I have a GTX 960 4g. In this video i start with a ENB at around 40 fps and in middle i shut it down and go to 60 fps. i try it without any mod and still the same problem but a bit less visible. This bug is all around the world with every texture  i look a lot of forum back and a day and this week. and i find 0 solution. i try some tweak in my nvidia panel. but no result. Anybody can help me.

Hi

It is caused by TAA but you dont want to play without it am sure.

If you are using ENB then watch this:

Tks a lot dude. This solution resolve my problem. 0.37 not working. i have to put blur at 0.85. now all the game is a bit to blurry but it's better now i can play without a risk of epileptic crisis  Do you know a way to reduce blurry effect but keeping the shemmering light resolve.

I think i can'T do nothing for this and have to play with a nearsighted caracter heheh.
