  2. You ever heard of FCOM ? It is exactly what you are looking for I believe. It can be used for any faction you like. BoS always arrive in vertibird and then that vertibird take of. Not only it can be used in immersive way (you earn recall points once per 24 in game hours) but it can be also used in cheat version. Without cheat version you wont be able to call some factions untill you complete certain quests. It also has an optional file for some great PA armor mods from nexus. I am always using it in combination with We Are The Minutemen and Militarized Minutemen. You should definitely check it out it is must have for me and if I dont feel like working for minutemen but other factions then I use FCOM and best thing about it is that if you call them while you are in any of your settlement you can press R (default key for sending settler to specific settlement) and they will behave like settlers so you can assign them to guard post or other activities and change their gear.
  3. I am affraid it is not. You see those are from games by other companies and as such I doubt that will ever go to console due to copyright thingy.
  4. Seeing how not very far any drivable vehicle mod got to I doubt that it will ever be a thing. Even mods like Flyable Personal Vertibird for example explain certain thing in its description: And keep in mind that is still the same model of vertibird without any extra animations and not as heavy scripted as any kind of "IRL helicopters" would be. So far all attempts to bring drivable vehicles to Fallout 4 are somewhat ...I don't want to say bad because I am sure someone spent many hours trying to do the best but given how Fallout 4 has issues with itself even without any extra mods, it is not surprise we will never see any "sexy" vehicle mod even though I am pretty sure most players would love that. I highly recommend Private Military Company. I am using it with Private Military Company - Brotherhood of Steel Armor Replacer and it is a nice and non-lag-causing option for BoS NPCs. Even elder Maxon is wearing one of those :) For the minutemen I am using We Are The Minutemen with Militarized Minutemen. Perhaps not exactly an IRL outfit but pretty believable and fits nicely imo. For the Gunners I am using Resident Evil Military Pack: https://www.gunetwork.org/t16731-fo4-resident-evil-military-pack-4-1-11-03-2020#295077 It is a superb mod for gunners using a leveled list script and there are varieties of what gunners are wearing so they don't look the same. The Greatest thing about this mod is its size ~630 MB unpacked but textures are still pretty decent. Here are some screenshots.
  5. Hi. I was wondering if it would be somehow possible to find a new home (HQ) for certain factions ? Minutemen is the only faction which lets you choose where the real HQ will be. You send Preston to the settlement you want and that's where you can build his bed, HQ and where you can go for quest/quest reward. Even though players can build all kinds of thematic structures in any settlement, you still need to go to their default HQ. Would it be perhaps possible to send them to any settlement as you can do to settlers/followers ? As far as I know the only real interaction with their default HQ location is in the institute. Where father is often walking and talking and such. And it wouldn't even make much sense for him or any other members of the institute to establish some outpost in the commonwealth as they can just teleport to their HQ. But throughout the entire game HQ for other factions remain the same. Which doesn't make much sense if you choose to support them. It is possible to have faction settlers and guards using FCOM but choosing/building and decorating HQ for key NPCs for favorite faction would be even bette

I started having freezing issues too lately and so far it seems to be fine after uninstalling SSE Fixes I never had issues with SSE Fixes all was fine all tho I probably didnt needed as much with only 70.esp mods. But lately I downloaded lot of mods many of which change game a lot. For example animation changing mods such as 360 Walk and Run Plus AND YY Animations SSE and Ordinator or Immersive Armors 360 Walk and Run Plus AND YY Animations SSE - changes some animations Ordinator - changes perk menu completely Immersive Armors - comes with its own menu for those armors and I remember back in oldrim somebody asked how is that possible and somebody replied that it is hard coding From what I understand SSE Fixes is fixing issue with game called iteration loops. He explained on his page that (quote): There is a bug in game code where if you have more than a few dozen ESP or ESM plugins installed the game FPS will become much lower in some areas. The ESP or ESM file content does not matter at all they can be empty dummy plugins with no masters. This happens because there are at least 4 nested iteration loops the game does in every frame and the lowest loop iterates for each plugin installed, normally this wouldn't be an issue but this code runs on multiple threads and for each plugin it locks a mutex every time, this is very slow. It's not even really a bug, just bad implementation. My question is : Is it possible that some "heavy" mods cant be used without these iteration loops ? That SSE Fixes wasnt meant to be used with such heavy mods ? (sorry if I am asking stupid question I dont know much about these things and only trying to find solution) EDIT: Nope. Freez again even without SSE Fixes. I really need to reinstall the game its total mess after trying and testing so many different mods :/
  7. Also keep in mind that changing mods and load order too often on same save isnt good idea either. Many "big mods" require you to start new game. Another thing is uGRIDS to load. It may happen that you seen some video or some advice to change it beyond 5. And I strongly advice against that as well. use BethINI by DoubleYou and read provided documentation.
  8. I see you are using run for your lives and also immersive citizens. You dont need run for your lives if you are using immersive citizens. (not saying that is the reason why you get CTD tho) Open Cities is nice mod but I never used that one because imo it is too much for game engine. Lot of people probably play with it without CTD too often but still- random CTD from time to time I guess. That is probably your problem as well if you ofc used LOOT to sort out your load order and TES5EDIT-ed your game to clean master files and checked for conflicts. If no or you dont even know what that is then watch these useful videos from good old Mr. Gopher. I learned everything about how to mod my game safely from that guy and can enjoy fully moded game without any CTD at all.
  9. thank you for answer and sorry for the link I realized that textures on those armors (gloves from 1st person view) was not equal quality of the meshes (very detailed meshes indeed) and had suspicion that they was somehow extracted from that game

Hi I found this BDO Armors pack - Link removed - (am not sure if I can post link to other website here forgive me if its forbidden) and was wondering why these dont have so much attention (or just not mine perhaps ) and I saw some disturbing info in chat on that page saying that that mod was taken down because of some copyright issues with creators of game those was taken from (Black Desert game) I tried those for Skyrim SE for myself and ofc they didnt work properly (even after nif optimizing) some of them even caused CTD and those which didnt had no proper HDT physics. (which is perfectly understandable given that HDT wasnt ported to SSE) On top of that this requires some other mods such as NetImmerse Override which also isnt for SSE as far as I know. My question is if anybody tried these for original Skyrim (Oldrim) or if I am many pages behind and this mod can be found somewhere and if anybody have any idea what is story behind all of that copright thing and mod taken down.
  11. I would consider if it can be PSU as somebody mentioned before. 550 is probably not enoug. Do you have such issues with other games ? I mean given the HW you have are you experiencing less FPS than other people with same HW in those games ?
  12. Not sure if it will help you but just for comparison: i5, 960 2GB - 30 -40 FPS average with ENB and its AO turned ON. 40 -60 without AO. Same cant be said about area around Riften. There I never get more than 40 with AO and not more than 50 without AO. All that even with use of SSE Fixes by meh321 and only 70 .esp mods. (all tho almost all textures in game changed)
  13. It seems like Whiterun area to me. There shouldnt be snow. You have some mess with textures there. Try disabling one by one and load your save after each of them disabled.

  15. You dont need to change anything in [Environment] if your nights or interiors are too dark. 1st of all you dont need to edit any .ini file in your browser. Press sh ift + ENTER (most ENBs keys use these) to open ENB menu. (sorry if you knew that already it seems to me you tweaked it in browser instead of in game) 2nd when you open ENB menu you can change brightness directly in ENBEFFECTS section of SHADER PARAMETERS window. You can do that separately for nights interiors and more (dusk, dawn etc) -you can also change minimum adaptation for all of those if you prefer instead -you can also change brightness under the colorcorrection in enbseries.ini window (the one on the left -2nd window from top) Tweaking brightness and gamma in there can also help you. Depending on your ENB and effects used in reshade you need to try and tweak it to your liking as one small change of one parameter may change your overall picture.
  16. I would say it is problem with game engine. I have : i5 4460 3.2 Ghz GTX 960 2GB 8GB RAM (1600 Mzh) SSD I can play games like Battlefield 1 with High settings or Battlefield 3/4 with ultra settings but if i want damn shadows better than medium in Skyrim I have to reduce distance I can see them. And ofc godrays must be at low. I dont really have problem to run game with good FPS on its own but I really consider ENB must have these days. And that cost me 5-10 FPS, with SSAO - another 7-8 FPS
  17. Hi Last 2 weeks I cant solve my problem with trees shimmering or blinking or whatever it is. It is very annoying and I tried all I found on forums across internet. I tried : -changing AA from TAA to FXAA and I tried using both (bethini) -turning ON/OFF my ENB (it is a bit better without DOF and a bit better without ENB but not gone) -tweaking AA in my Nvidia control panel (somebody in some forum was suggesting multi sampling AA) -disabling shadows trees (bTreesREceiveShadows) -all possible combination of shadow quality with different AA -recommended tweaks in bethini -uninstalling lighting mod - RLO -different trees mods (SFO, Simply bigger trees, Enhanced vanilla trees) This effect isnt visible while moving with W S A D but when moving with mouse. With every mouse movement these trees somehow starts blinking. Some sort of light which lights its boughs and when stop moving my mouse it goes out. I literally raped google in last 2 weeks with my problem and no solution so far. Please HELP ME :sad: EDIT: solution found https://youtu.be/E0tHPo1zxVg
  18. It is sad because 1st time I saw this "new design" I was confused (because it is something new and different) If there is no way of coming back then I guess I will have to get used to it. Pictures from mods are loading much faster (immediately) so this new design might not be as bad. Even more sad to me are comments I read last few months in these topics or even in some mods comments section. Nexus was always the best website to me not only because of so many good mods but also because of friendly people and comments. Thats something I would never want to see changed. Peace all :)
  19. If it ain't broke, don't fix it Old design is much more familiar mainly because it is as it is for a long time. At least I dont remember any changes during last 6 years. I would definitely vote for keeping the old design. New one is very confusing. But I must say that screenshots on mods are opening much much faster/smoother.

  21. Thank you kind sir ! It is small addition but very nice one. I like the other locations as well. Now I can store some loot I cant sell for later. Passiflora and Nilfgaardian camp is also perfect. Thank you for your time and effort.
  22. hi I tried a lot of XP mods. Some of those seems to be perfect at first. But later I ended up being Level 50 before even finishing any main Quest (meaning main quest or B&W and HoS main story quest ) I like the idea with mods which gives you full XP for completing quest. But amount of XP needed to level up is just ridiculously small. I would like to suggest some solutions: 1. creating mod which raises up XP needed to level up to 2000 at start and + 2000 with every 10 levels or 2. much more complex project where XP from Quests would be nice reward for finishing quest but the main XP would be earned from killing enemies. - might nicely work together with Random Encounters Mod or 3. creating number 1 and additional mini mod for more XP from killing higher level enemies - so Enemy upscaling option in game would finally got some purpose In my opinion it's a bit wrong if some half naked drunk oaf with club is beating the hell out of my Witcher Geralt of rivia, butcher of Blaviken and slayer of the Wild Hunt only because that oaf is few levels higher than my character. That's just wrong. -I have no problem with higher level creatures being deadly. My problem is this is the golden rule for any enemy. Half naked drunk oaf with club and with no armor shouldn't be OP just because of his level -Main problem with W3 is XP mostly being earned for finishing quests. As hilfazer did mentioned in his mod No Lvl Diff Adjustment description: " creature's level should depend on its power, not the other way around. " It isnt like : hey, am going to kill some more monsters to level up some more so I can do this quest. instead its like: oh s*** I have to complete some more quests in order to be strong enough and level enough to do this quest :confused:
  23. oh my :( I was watching some tutorials on Witcher_3-Modkit. Now I understand why there isnt so many mods for W3. Things used to be much easier with Skyrim/CK. This is madness :D Still searching though. If I find some tutorial about world editing I will give it a try. At least for some more chest locations.
  24. I meant castle at Kaer Trolde. There is spawn at bridge. Close to that spawn are 2 smiths and behind them doors leading to cellar and living quarters. I like to walk through that castle. It is very detailed and it feels alive (during 1 certain quest less so) There is no reason to walk there after few quests though. To me it is one of the best looking are with amazing atmosphere. Cozy rooms behind thick stone walls with unforgiving weather outside. Fyke Isle would be perfect location for safehouse but as I said - that would require more than placing 1 chest in there.
  25. Hi I was wondering if it would be possbile (and difficult) to crete more storage chest for player. I understand that each location of storage chest in game so far is more or less some " safe area " (especially the one in B&W DLC) or are with some interesting NPCs / nearby I have 0 skills with modding W3 (dont even know how people are creating mods ? -is there some kind of editor ?) Kaer Trolde seems interesting. Or Kaer Muire. Or some other nice looking location with merchants (and/or smith) nearby. Fyke Isle looks also pretty good but there is 1 quest in that location so it would be better if that would be available after Towerful of Mice quest. I am not sure how easy / difficult it is to create changes of interiors or even changes to interiors after certain quest. Because Kaer Morhen could use some reconstruction too. But that is probably too much :D More storage chest locations would be more than good enoug :smile:
