10 days in, still can't figure out why Fallout 3 is crashing.

I've been trying to get back into the fallout series. I started with the first one, modded it with what I could find, and continued from there. Upon reaching Fallout 3, I downloaded a bunch of the most popular mods (FWE, WMK, EVE, Fellout, ect.) and no matter what mods I have currently installed, even if there is just one, the game crashes. I tried using the fallout 3 fake patch fix found in this forum, but that didn't work for me either. I have done a fresh install of the game 3 times and it still crashes randomly. I can't recreate crashing in any way. It just happens in the most inconvenient times. I'll include a screenshot of my FOMM and my Fo3Edit. PC is running an i7-7700k on an MSI z270 mobo with 16gb DDR4 2600mhz and a GTX 960 2GB

To start, you should return to the FWE mod page and scroll down the page to the load order example. After you have rearranged your mods, try the game again.

Choose only one of the FWE Restore Tracers plugin.

If that doesn't correct your game, please provide all the information as shown here: http://wiki.nexusmods.com/index.php/How_to_ask_for_help

I am going to assume that you are trying to play Fallout 3 on a 64 bit system, running Win 7, 8, 8.1 or 10. If so, then one of your biggest problems is the 64 bit, multi-core mother board. Fallout 3 was not designed to work on the newer/current computer systems, so it needs to be "tweeked" before it can be played. This link should lead you to some instructions to help you get your game up and running, without being completely crash-happy: Ultimate Fallout 3 Setup Guide.
