Fire and Forget to Concentration

Heya! I am trying to change a spell from a mod (it's a Lesser Power) from Fire and Forget to Concentration. I changed it in the CK, and also changed the three Magic Effects it triggers to Concentration as well. I was hoping that would be enough, but in-game I still can't continuously channel the spell. It's a fire spell (originally from the Witchery Skills mods, but which I changed a bunch from the get-go). I think I'm missing something, and I suspect it's some kind of duration or timing variable somewhere. I'm just not sure what to tweak.
