Fixadent
Usually I just use the installer, but I noticed that (for some reason) the latest version of F4SE on the silverstock page doesn't have an installer option. Which directory do I extract the files to?
MissingMeshTV
Extract the files, drag them into the game installation folder. The Read Me file in the F4SE archive tells you pretty much all you need to know, but Gopher has a really great tutorial video on F4SE installation if you've never done it manually before:
Fixadent
It says the following every time I try booting via the f4se launcher.
Moksha8088
Check your Fallout4.exe version and download the corresponding version of F4SE to match it from the Silverlock site. Once downloaded, follow the directions in the F4SE readme file.
Moksha8088
You also need to make sure you have the right version of whatever mods use F4SE. You can find which specific mods under data/f4se/plugins.
cossayos
There's also a data folder included in the F4SE package. Make sure to drag it also over the main data folder. It contains the scripts and I believe the readme doesn't say anything abuout it.
