For some reason, when I install the BOG body type, it looks off... Like theres a layer of skin overtop of what it's spossed to be, and panties for some reason... I have done body replacers before, I didn't do anything different so I really don't understand why it's messing up, any help?

That didn't seem to do anything for me... I really have no idea where I went wrong.. :\ I've done this for FO3 so I don't really understand, unless it's just a NMM problem maybe, since this is more or less the first time I've used it

Also, for some reason FOMM doesn't seem to work for me anymore, just crashes after I pick the game.

I found that using the external ArchiveInvalidation Invalidated utility does a better job of getting custom body mods to work right. If you can find it, download the latest version of that and before you run it, go into your Data folder and delete any ArchiveInvalidation-type BSA's. I ended up with three of them at some point, one of them was AII.bsa, another was ArchiveInvalidationInvalidated!.bsa and the third was Fallout - AII-FNV.bsa. Not sure where they all came from, probably from trying FOMM's built-in utility, an outdated version of the external utility and finally the updated version. All I know is that utility works!

Actually saved you the trouble of looking, you can find it here: http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=35935

Ya, same problem. I'm trying to wade through the advice on Archive Invalidation. Can do it in NMM (FOMM) of use the Archive Invalidation tool. OK, no problem. But still have the black painties and sometimes displaced (double) breast.

I have installed Dimon Type3Body v3.5 and an armor mod based on Type 3. Dimon says to modify the .ini as follows:

[Archive]

SInvalidationFile=

iRetainFilenameOffsetTable=1

iRetainFilenameStringTable=1

iRetainDirectoryStringTable=1

bCheckRuntimeCollisions=0

bInvalidateOlderFiles=1

bUseArchives=1

SArchiveList=Fallout - AI!.bsa, Fallout - Misc.bsa, Fallout - Voices1.bsa, Fallout - Sound.bsa, Fallout - Textures.bsa, Fallout - Textures2.bsa, Fallout - Meshes.bsa

I have done that and have activated ArchiveInvalidation Invalidated! One thing I noted is that the "dummy" .bsa file created by ArchiveInvalidation Invalidated! is called Falllout - AI!.bsa only contains the letter "a". Nothing else. I don't know, doesn't seem right, but just a dummy I guess. Anyway still have the black/panty breat issue. Also toggled AI on and off in NMM - no difference. So don't know what to do . Maybe missed something?

I'd like to add some of the Type 3 based mods. But until I've got it working, I am afraid to do that. (Got burned too many times in Skyrim with bad mods.) For example, I'm interested in Beware of Girl. But, BlackBlossom - Beware of Girl - says to modify the .ini files this way:

[Archive]

SInvalidationFile=

iRetainFilenameOffsetTable=1

iRetainFilenameStringTable=1

iRetainDirectoryStringTable=1

bCheckRuntimeCollisions=0

bInvalidateOlderFiles=1

bUseArchives=1

SArchiveList=Fallout - Voices1.bsa, Fallout - Sound.bsa, Fallout - Misc.bsa, ArchiveInvalidationInvalidated!.bsa, Fallout - Textures.bsa, Fallout - Textures2.bsa, Fallout - Meshes.bsa

This disagrees with Dimon. The last line is different. So I don't know what to do. Maybe BOG makes the ArchiveInvalidationInvalidated!.bsa file on install. At the moment I do not have that file.

Thanks for the infor k4tonic, but I still don't know what the problem is.
