KiwiHawkNZ
Kia Ora I know it's posible to use a celland static parts as a base to build on as long as you move or editnon of the orginal cells data and mak sure you use unique name for things and don't touch Quest item etc I was wondering if there is any reason this should not or cant be done with a worldspace? Say for example I wish to use, say, "Bloated Man Grotto" as a space tp build a player house and area etc. My worry is that duplcating that would dup the quest items etc at the same time and likely break stuff
jet4571
duplicating any cell only duplicates whats in it quests using alias that are cell spaced only will not be affected by a duplicate. Though you will need to clean the cell of any item that is quest specific and is not an alias but has the script on the reference. Also any NPC reference that is in the cell needs to be culled out. You will need to change any ownership reference on items and in the cell edit. Its not hard but more boring to find and remove quest/scripted related objects. jet4571
Duplicating it is the same as duplicating SolitudeStables. requires cleaning of mod referenced items.
