Fresh install CTD after 5 minutes

I finally upgraded to Skyrim SE now that SKSE64 is out and I am having difficulty getting a stable game. Its pretty frustrating when I had twice as many mods on Skyrim LE and it was mostly stable. I have not found which mod, if its a mod, that is causing the ctd. I can get all the way through the starting scripted opening scene but right after my bonds are cut the game crashes. Here is my load order (cleaned with SSEEdit and sorted by LOOT).

So after turning on mods in a small groups, I discovered that the mod Rigmar of Bruma does not work with Immersive Armors while IA is configuring.
