How can I change the scabbards a weapon uses?

I pretty much want to use this mod (https://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/855), which changes the models of a certain armor (to the KM armor), its swords and the scabbards as well. I only want to change the armor and scabbard appearance, leaving the default models of the swords intact. Yet the mod has no such an option. Any help?
