Forcing Companions to use special combat behaviour

part 1:

is it possible to adjust companions behaviour in combat?

(I dont mean if they flee in combat or being hostile or anything)

lets assume I have 3 companions and the following circumstances:

<opponent in air / unaccessible for melee> force all three companion use bow

<opponent accessable for melee> one companion heavy armor sword / shield initiate fight melee range

<opponent accessable for melee> the other two companion light armor keep using the bow until striked by opponent?

part 2:

I use the TCG mod (trade companion gear) which completely removes any items whorn by default including weapons and clothes.

the mod itself works fine.

the reason i use this mod is that it seems that I have a bug.

Is it true, that companions have infinite arrow?

does this apply to all arrow types?

I gave my companion 5 deadric arrows and a deadric bow. it seems she run out of deadric arrows and once this happen she dont use any bow at all.

also, before I used TCG mod, she didnt kept (neither inifnite) arrows aswell thus after running out of arrows she switched back to the default longbow (yea the crap bow with low dmg and the default arrows)

since I play on master you can assume that she couldnt hurt anythin out there.

so hm.. anyone kno fix? possible a mod that makes infinite arrows for companions.. so I can give her 1 deadric arrow?

I wouldnt be so harsh bout this, but infact im lacking arrows nearly 90% of the time.. yea arrows are rare in this game, unlike gold.

but vendors only have crap arrows an im lvl 50 an I need ebony/deadric arrows atleast not steel arrows -.-

thanks

well vanilla is quit annoying because sometimes my companion is sourrounded by a dozen of draugrs and still tries to shot em with arrows and.

one nice thing is that when you equip a summoning staff, the companion mostly likely initiate the combat by using the staff (summon fire atronarch i.e.) then switch to default combat.

some mod to adjust behaviour would be awesome.. like offensive/defensive .. melee/range .. loud/fast or slow/hidden

saw a lot of ppl arguin about their companion being useless for a stealth build as he/she reveals position due to dumb ai
