Game keeps crashing, freezing, or stuck on the loading screen. Is it because of mods?

So Skyrim decided to no longer cooperate with me today. I've run into a myriad of problems.

 

1. Crashing - I load a hard save. Works for about a minute then I crash. Usually happens when I press a button, like favorites or sheathing, but it happens unprompted too.

2. Freezing - When the game does play, it freezes. Music keeps going, but I'm stuck.

3. Infinite Loading Screen - When I load a quicksave, it stays there forever. Game never loads and I'm stuck with the annoying messages.

 

Today, I downloaded Player Voicesets mod with the custom voice and downloaded the new Kaidan follower version that requires Hearthfire. I disabled the original Kaidan file but it's still there. I completely deleted Wolf Brothers, Better Onmund, and Vath Firehall. Furthermore, my load order doesn't mention it, but I have Better Males (Face + Underwear) and Ultimate Spinning Arrows installed. Now to the load order:

I do use LOOT and have reorganized it multiple times. Please help a guy out. I don't know what's going on.

Update: Figured our part of problem. Game crashes only in Solstheim. Anywhere in Skyrim is fine, but if I load/travel to Solstheim, my game will crash.

Remove Unofficial Skyrim Patch and install https://rd.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/71214 You can find other bug fixing mods on the USLEP mod page (link I provided).This covers all DLC which you have. There is a Hearthfire patch for marriage mod on steam which may help even though Solsteim is Dragonborn DLC.

Thank you, but the problem seemed to have worked itself out. I loaded a save in Skyrim and typed cocdlc2rrtheretchingnetch in the console. There were a few crashes and freezes, but they were the occasional ones I dealt with. I’ll still consider that mod though! Looks great.

The patch Kroekr linked is pretty much compulsory, get it.

Why this HothFollower UFO Patch.esp=1 ?

When you don't have UFO but instead EEF? Which I'm assuming is https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/12933/

Am I missing something there?

Also don't rely on Loot alone, it's great but it won't give you a stable game without thinking alongside it.
