Jrew
Basically I went to steam, and updated my driver, because after patch 1.5 i kept getting CTD. So i thought I needed to update stuff. Now i get a pixalated screen while in game. Almost looks like when you duplicate a wall or floor in CK and it overlaps the other. That sort of pixalation, but more obvious all over. Little squars all over... Not to mention horrific underwater, but thats the patch issue. Any help much abliged. Thank You.
McclaudEagle
It's a problem with the latest AMD Catalyst Control Center update. Rolling back to version 12.1 fixes this issue from what I've heard.

drusss
I had the same problem. Just disable Anti Aliasing and Ansitropic Filtering in Skyrim and enable it instead in the Catalyst Control Center. That worked for me,
Anya29
I hadn't noticed but then I've turned AA off in game and turned FXAA on. Looks great, no jagged lines and no pixelisation.
jbranin
Turn off AA and click the FXAA. Works fine for now. Or uninstall 12.2 or 12.3 (whatever they call it) and re-install 12.1. That's what I did and it works fine, although I keep AA off anyways since my GPU isn't all that great.
Jrew
Hey thanks for all the great answers I'll keep checking things.
Asangard1
I had the same issue. If you want to re-install version 12.1 you need to uninstall the version you have installed 1st. Then on the download page for the CCC there is a box on the right called Helpful links. There you will find a link to previous drivers and software. Then you can download version 12.1 from there.
