xXEl3mXx
Someone told me that certain areas - Solitude, Riften, etc. are more CPU bound than others. You may be slowed down there due to your processor. I have an FX 8370 @4.4 and it happens to me. I'm using Mythical ENB @4k and I get 30-40 fps in many outside environments (all indoor running 60, of course). This is with a 1080ti. I think your issue may be two fold - CPU needs a possible upgrade and Skyrim SE just can't handle post processing effects all that well. But if you're getting 50 fps you really have nothing to worry about... Yeah, like Boris said most likely a CPU issue, Which sucks :/ it just feels like a major kick in the balls going from stable 80-100 with Reshade to barely being able to hit 45 in areas with ENB. did you check if its forcing anisotropic filtering used to have a big fps drop when inabled in old skyrimAs far as i know there is no forced AF in SSE ENB?
