TokoModded
I've noticed that the heads of my PC is slightly afloat from it's body. In addition, this also causes the skin of my PC to clip through the clothing I have. I've tried changing my weight from 0 to 100 but that didn't seem to solve the issue. The only body mods/textures I have installed is CBBE and Fair Skin Complexion. I'm not good at using Racemenu in anyway, the only function I know is importing presets. The preset I'm using is :- https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/83455/? Any help is greatly appreciated~
Raults
CBBE will only effect texture ands Fair skin will only effect texture. Thi is not a texture related issue it is a Mesh and or skeleton related issue. Look in that department.
Kroekr
It is usually caused by using one body type (UNP for example) clothes/armor with a different body type.

It definitely has meshes in it. As Kroekr pointed out, the outfit has to match the body. Since you're using CBBE, you should install Calienta's Vanilla Outfits or Vanilla Outfits BodySlided (with HDT-PE) for CBBE in order to replace the vanilla outfits. (Optional) The preset you linked recommends using BodySlide. You can generate a CBBE body with it. If you do, then keep the regular CBBE mod for the textures (because BodySlide doesn't include any), unless you have another body texture mod.
