LordSarcasm
Currently my dream mod is a playable centaur race now that my previous dream mod for werewolf armor is a reality. But that doesn't seem to be the point here. Mostly I would like some mods that bring more realism to the environment. One mod idea is that as you progress and level up enemies become increasingly reluctant to fight you and maybe some AI that accounts for what you're wearing. An enemy wizard would think twice before dueling with the archmage, and a bandit with cloth armor would be an idiot to come at a man in full daedric. So a cumulative effect of your level compared to your enemy's, your inventory compared to theirs, and your progress in various quests will increase the probability that an enemy would rather not fight you. A similar fucntion would go to predatory animals. Skeevers are diseased and quite possibly rabid so they would be no less bold than the vanilla version. Wolves, bears and sabercats though would behave very different. Wolves would only attack if they outnumber their enemies. A travelling farmer might be potential prey but a caravan of khajit would not. Wolves would also work together with some cohesion, not as a mob but as a real pack. Fight with some coordination. Sabercats would stalk the player and follow the same principles of wolves. If you're alone you would be more likely to be prey than with a companion or near a town or farm with a lot of people. Bears and trolls would behave more out of territorial instincts than predatory. The load screen lies that bears are already territorial. In vanilla they are most definitely not. And any predator would most definitely not show their faces in the presense of another predator, especially a dragon. And if they do manage to kill you, make them actually eat you in the death scene. I don't know how many times I've been killed by a sabercat (yes sabercats are my weakness) only to have them lay back down or casually walk away. You are a wounded carnivore who just won himself a meal! Eat the damn body don't stare it! Also the addition of more peaceful creatures like herbivores. Real HERDS of caribou, dozens of them at time. And other species like musk oxen or giant sloths. And there's this awesomely hilarious creature from Siberia, a saiga antelope.http://whitleyaward.org/wp-content/uploads/2010/12/elena-saiga.jpg Also any mod that could add two specific monsters: a hydra and a thunderbird.
