OwDenied Posted March 24, 2012 Share Posted March 24, 2012 well, i install mod perfectly fine, no errors and such, but when i launch skyrim the just dont appear to even load. they create no problems but has no effect on the game.for instance; the dragonbone weapons mod doesnt show any new weapons in the smithing menu, and the hair mods wont show any new hairstyles in the character creation or racechange via consule command. can anyone help me with this? compatible Posted March 24, 2012 Share Posted March 24, 2012 how are you installing the mods ? with NMM or Steam workshop or manually ? also do you see the mods in the data files tab at skyrim start up ? OwDenied Posted March 25, 2012 Author Share Posted March 25, 2012 (edited) C:\Program Files\The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim when i launch the game i do see the data files section in the launcher, but its marked as gray and is unaccsesable. No Steam + Installation directory that is typical of pirated versions = Pirate trying to get free support for his ill-gotten game.We do not support pirates.
