IhateNCR Posted March 25, 2012 Share Posted March 25, 2012 (edited) My specs: Mobile Intel® 4 Series Express Chipset Family graphics card, 2g ram, intel ® core 2 duo cpu, 2.2ghz. The game barely runs at lowest settings and there is a delay in mouse and keyboard movements. I've improved fps rate with mods but cant fix delayed movements.
