Json to esp and a simple NPC Change

Hello there Nexus Community

I have two fairly simple Questions for the more experienced Modders out there i think, is there a way to convert a json preset to a npc replacer esp? For an Example I want this Mod (Only for Personal use) https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/24939/? The Chantel 2017 Version to Replace Piper? And the Next Mod https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/13646/? is normally a Piper Replace but i want to Replace Curie with it, can i do this with Fo4edit or the Geck? A little Explanation would be nice :)

and use the looksmenu

 

For those of us who don't want to use a plugin just to change the appearance of a named npc you could use the plugin and then save it as a json file so you would have one less esp file to worry about

I've tried this out already i couldn't get it to work, plugins are not a problem for me. It would be totally fine if i could somehow change this 2 Npc's with a Plugin because i've got already plugins to change curie and Piper anyway. Basically i didnt even need a new mod i just need to know how i can convert the actress piper to curie and a make a replacer for curie with the json preset :D

I usually just download esps that only change appearances of named npcs and use the npc customizer to save it as looksmenu preset

that way I wouldnt have too many esps
