So I am trying to install this mod:

But I just can't. I installed CBBE Nevernude, and want to install the mod above Nevernude. Whenever I try to install it, it starts for a split second, then says "Idle"

 

The status says "a problem occurred during installation:" but nothing else. It doesn't give me any more information.

 

NMM is running as an Administrator.

Fallout 4s .ini file has already been edited.

I've deleted and redownloaded the mod.

I have restarted my computer.

I have NMM excluded from my Antivirus program.

 

Seriously, any help would be greatly appreciated.
