"Goddammit."

David closed the hood on the smoking engine.

"GodDAMMIT."

It looked as though he were walking the rest of the way. After packing up his things as well as the somewhat ominous objects from the woman's car, he realized that he didn't relish the thought of walking to Bighorn on only three hours of sleep. He wouldn't be able to take most of what little provisions he had left; as David saw it, he may as well stay nearby and try to flag down some other motorist going towards Bighorn until his food ran out. If nobody had stopped by sunset, he'd sleep the night in his car--ripeness be damned--and hoof it to bighorn in the morning.

Amy looked at the women, and then at the ghost and she said "Unless it is just me... I can't be comfortable with a lost spirit tagging along... i'm sorry but we are meant to hunt them.... not take them with us." Amy said in a slightly sad tone.

"If you don't want me to come along then I won't" Adam said, looking down, he was rather hurt by 'lost spirit', he may be dead but he still had a name

"I live in England, a big house out in the country... surrounded by fields and farmers." Amy said with a smile, remembering all of the old miserable farmers.

"My grand father lives... lived england" he said, it was hard to get his head round the fact that almost everything he knew would have changed

"Really? well i am sure he was a good man, if you are anything to go by." Amy said with a smile.

"Thank you" he said, smiling, "Is it nice in england this time of year? I heard it never stops raining over there"
