AurianaValoria1
Raven followed, having loaded her Vaquero with salt-packed bullets, her whip and knife on her belt, and her crossbow slung across her back. The terrain was treacherous, and she wondered how Whistler was able to traverse the caves when even she was having trouble preventing herself from slipping on the loose stones. She waved her hand above her head as a group of bats flew inches above her head, squeaking and chittering as they were disturbed from their roost. In her other hand, a flashlight flicked from left to right, illuminating the narrow walls.
BaldurAnthology
Sarah saw Raven slip, and caught her. "Careful, cutie." She bats her eyes, "Most of my magic's keeping him from slipping."
Naktis
July walked in the very end of the group. She had no problem walking on the slippery stone because of the combat boots she wore most of the time. Others unfortunately were not so lucky. She noticed how Raven slipped and Sarah caught her. The trickster probably used it as an excuse to get closer or something. Apparently she was using her 'talents' on Whistler because he hasn't slipped. Not once. AurianaValoria1
"Watch it," Raven growled, righting herself quickly. "How much farther?" she called to Whistler.
BaldurAnthology
Whistler laughs gleefully. "We're here!" He walks into a large, ruined room, with old mosaic on the walls, and marble floors. Ruined statues stood in alcoves, and a gigantic stone door with an odd shaped small hole stood on the far side of the room.
AurianaValoria1
"What the hell is this place and why is it in Wyoming?" Raven asked, staring at the mosaics and statues.
BaldurAnthology
"Could give you the long answer, but the short one's Why not?" Whistler said with a grin. "Long answer is I haven't the foggiest. I thought it would be some sort of burial mound, to be honest. Not something like.. this! This is marvelous!" He goes and examines a statue. Nadin
David followed over the stones without much issue. "Exactly how old is this place, anyhow?"
BaldurAnthology
"If my books are correct, 400 years old at least. I honestly couldn't tell you, though. The inner sanctum of this place hasn't been opened in years." Whistler answered. Sarah amused herself by putting a clown nose on a statue.
Nadin
David nodded. "So, how do we get in?"
