Wolfskin75
Remember to "record" the process if you fix it. I would love to fix it as well. Lydia usually ends up a steward at my house in falkreath but the rest of them. "The warmadiens" I want to look nice. The rest if the Bijin's are great looking. Wolfskin75
Hello?
jeedge
OK I fixed my issue with Bijin's Warmaidens. If you recall, when first installing the Bijin mods, I followed the direction of the AIO page to install Warmaidens, NPCs, and Wives ESPs then finish off with installing AIO. I also installed the SSE versions of Serenaholic and Valerica mod. Then we're supposed to 'untick' all Bijin's ESPs except for AIO. IF there was a conflict, it's actually with AIO and another mod and not Warmaidens itself since I unticked that mod's esp. Sorry, for some reason I cannot link BB code to the images to show the images here for some reason, it's been a while so links to each pic will have to suffice https://ibb.co/jNx16mAs a first step, I loaded up SEEdit and then right-clicked over AIO and selected the option "Filter for conflict losers",. what the pic shows is that, to my surprise, AIO was conflicting with a later mod in my load order called "Yash2". Yash is an excellent light-weight overhaul that, in conjunction with Wildcat, has made my game somewhat similar to what Requiem did for oldrim. But that's another discussion and not for this post. https://ibb.co/gbZsCRNext, I loaded up NMM and in the Plugins tab, I manually moved AIO to be placed right after Yash2 https://ibb.co/kXAzsRNext, I went to NMM's mod tab then uninstalled Bijin's Warmaidens (NOT AIO). The idea here is I would then reinstall Warmaidens and overwrite any textures it prompts me with (the next step) https://ibb.co/gJJVz6Reinstalled Warmaidens, "Yes to All" when asked to overwrite textures. Wait, in my case, I had forgotten I also previously installed the UNP body optimization textures for Bijins, OK so I decided I would uninstall/reinstall that as well https://ibb.co/kfhqz6Reinstalled UNP body optimizations, again, selecting "Yesy to All" to overwrite. https://ibb.co/f3gTmmLastly, I ran LOOT and noticed the following messages about Serana and Valerica ESPs, that I should disable them (untick in NMM), Funny, the AIO directions did not specify that but I decided AIO is suggesting it through LOOT so I did it, I won't know what Serena looks like for quite a while though. Per my usual mod adding/removing procedure, I always delete and re-do the Wyre Bashed patch. Many people don't use Bashed patches, I use a lot of armor replacer mods so it's mainly just for that purpose in my case. Fired up the game, used an older save of another higher level character and saw that ALL NPCs affected by Bijins mods looked beautiful including Lydia though she has a little scar too, it's a cute scar LOL. Main point, no black faces whatsoever.
Wolfskin75
I guess I will try this. I will of course have to reinstall the Bijin's but I cant wait. I will let you know if I have any further questions.
jeedge
One last note about the above, if you run LOOT last and re-sort the mods, you may need to manually move AIO past the conflicting mod again - just a reminder. To avoid that, you can edit and assign a mod global priority number in LOOT. How to do that is any easy google or youtube search. Alright man, let me know how it turns out for you!  Cheers, Jeedge Edited January 13, 2018 by jeedge
Wolfskin75
I am on step one. and I am guessing this... and this is not suppose to be happening?
jeedge
Those look like Bruma stuff.. Had you checked out Bruma yet in your playthrough and did it seem to work? Not sure what's going on there.. maybe try reinstalling Bruma or disabling it? Bruma is mostly its own entity but I have it installed as well and have never seen that error. Wolfskin75
I am not sure what is causing it or how to find out what is causing it. I am going to bed. I am going to rip out everything and over again. For this to work I have to get SEEdit to work. and I am not sure how to do this. So i am going to sleep. uninstall reinstall. jeedge
Going to bed as well. Just don't jump to drastic measures, I was thinking you should just try uninstalling/reinstalling Bruma 1st, then try SSEdit again then go from there. Another option would be to simply disable Bruma then see what happens there as well. But yea, clearer heads prevail in the morning (at least the morning and after coffee!)
