Need help "natural enviorments uninstall".

so I downloaded natural enviorments and although it was a cool mod I actually dident really like it much

 

so I uninstalled the mod useing the oblivion mod remover

 

but when I lanch the game I notice that the mod is still active.

 

 

the moon in the mod has no textures,it still cycles through wheather and other special effects are still their

 

So what im asking is is their anyway to uninstall this mod? the creator seemed to have made a mistake on this part and I don't want to reinstall my game

I believe you can simply delete the folders called "Natural Environments" in your meshes and textures, and sound folder too I believe, then delete all associated plugins. I'm pretty sure the mod doesn't actually replace the game's original textures. Try that out.
