CTD in Whiterun/Dragonsreach

I have been having lots of issues with Dragonsreach, every time I try to enter my game CTD's. Here is my mod load order:

--- I have run LOOT, TES5Edit, FNIS and everything to resolve the issue, can anyone identify a mod on my list that may be the culprit? I'd hate to go the hard way and load skyrim with the mods 1 by 1. Thanks!

I had problem with ctd around whiterun. I have removed skyrim mesh improvement and it worked for me.
