Missing textures loaded by game, but not in workshop?

Yeah... that pretty much sums it up. I deleted a few mods, none that alter building or furniture textures as far as I remember, and started a new game. When I started, I noticed that the grey rubber rugs were purple. I have tried everything I can think of to fix it, sans doing a clean install of my game and all mods. My internet connection is crap and it took me over 24 hours to install the game the first time. Don't want to do that again if I don't have to. So I gave up and told myself that I can live with some ugly purple rugs. However, last night I started a "Rise of the Commonwealth" build in Sanctuary, and some of the floor pieces it used are red with a white border. I did a clean install of Sim Settlements and all of my add-ons, and it did nothing to help. Then, I went into workshop mode, and all of my floor pieces have their textures, as well as the rubber grey rug. Unfortunately, I didn't think of this before, so I have no idea if all of my textures worked in workshop mode before I did the reinstall. I left the cell "load screen interior" and came back, and the textures are still missing. So... any suggestions from you fine people? Cause I'm all out of ideas.

 

 

 

 

EDIT: Just started a new game, the textures are still missing on the rugs (and I would assume the floor pieces), but not on the same items in workshop mode.

Post your load order, are there any other mods that change the textures of these items that are giving you issues? Secondly, try disabling mods and trying that out until you find a conflict.

Alright, when I get off work tomorrow I will post my load order. I'm sure it's not gonna look pretty, but I've been trying to sort that out over the last few weeks. As for any other mods changing those textures... not that I know of? I actually deleted everything, including my game, deleted my left over folders, reinstalled the game and what mods I decided to keep, and it's still like that. I have to assume it's a conflict, but I don't know what it would be. And I'm completely lost as to why the textures wont show on the items the game loads, but they show when I place them in workshop mode. I will post the load order and then start disabling mods to try to find a conflict. The last few mods I've installed since the textures worked though were all armor mods aside from Rise of the Commonwealth, but I think even that one was installed AFTER I noticed the mats were purple. And it figures, I get my load order straightened out enough that my CTDs have become minimal, and now I have ugly missing textures. I just can't win lol.
