MO2/Mod Debug - Can't get into the intro with current load order.

Another remixing of my mod stuff after a while, another situation where the mods don't seem to be cooperating. I set up a load order for Fallout 4, trying to get it back with the stuff I had before on NexusModManager but now with MO2 and some of the updates and things since then. However, when trying to start the game, I've let the thing sit for a half hour and it's still yet to load itself through to the intro, leading me to think there may be an issue with either a mod I have or some issue I had installing with. I'm bringing in the load order I've been using to see if I can get this figured out.

For the record, when I cut stuff down to JUST the F4UnofficialPatch, it does get to the intro cutscene and stuff, so it's not just my system, so I'm not sure where to start. :S

Vertify your files via steam first, this was a significant issue with me and that pretty much solved it. Also, have you tested each mod and layered the testing after that? If a works, the ill activate b, then c, et cetra. It may be tedious, but I had to do it for weeks to get my 200+ plugins running.
