first off

don't use NVEC error corrections with NVEC reduced CTD --- use ONLY one

They are different, I know that you can't use two .esms, but you can use this combination, New Vegas Error Corrections BugFixes - DLC + GRA + MM.esm doesn't have the same fixes that New Vegas Error Corrections Reduce CTD - DLC + GRA.esp has.

odd

Hairylegs gives different advice

but since you know better than he does

and better than the mod's own description

enjoy your game

I just checked the esp in FNVedit and it's completely different than the esm, I mean, I'd understand if I was using NV ERROR CORRECTIONS - COMPLETE + Reduce CTD since Complete already includes Reduce CTD on it, But the version I picked, Bugfixes only, doesn't have it.

Reduce CTD is a plugin, an addition to New Vegas Error Corrections BugFixes - DLC + GRA + MM.esm, see:

"If you decide that you do not want to install complete you can choose from which modules you want to install(Reduce CTD, BugFixes, and Essentials)."

Small update, seems like any NPC that uses the same glowing one textures has this problem, not the actual critters, but the NPCs.

Also, I started Old World Blues and Lobotomites seem to also show this f***ing problem, it seems to be the head, I mean, I removed the "lobotomite mask" object from them and the exclamation thing showed up.

what the f*** is going on?

I removed New Vegas Redesigned 2 and it's the same s***, Load Order remains the same, I want to get rid of this problem, can someone please help?

The Red exclamation mark is caused by a messing mesh or a missing model. So go through your load order and try to isolate mods that changed the meshes and models for these specific creatures. If you find one that does, download the files manually from the mod authors page and go through and check to see if you have all the proper meshes in their place. If it's a purely vanilla issue you can load up steam and run a program that will check for and replace any missing files that might have been damaged by mods you've added. I'd go into more detail but there's already a very nicely done video by someone who knows way more about this stuff than I do.
