Making a Prefab strukture, my first mod.

Hey guys.

So, I decided to make my own prefab structure since the path finding and other issues in game was not working as I wanted for my housing complex.

I have never made any mods before (except for a new race for Oblivion, back in the days and it doesn't say much  ) so I have probably made lots of mistakes and trying to understand the jargon can be a bit difficult, but I learn some what fast.
I somewhat know the basics of using the Creation Kit.

I have been looking around for guides and such but not for what I need for this, well I have not find any if they do exist.

First of all I started with duplicate a interior, removed everything in the cell of this new/copy cell.
Then I started with adding static objects like planks, buses, shipping crates and so on.
When I was satisfied with it all I generated a navmesh and fixed everything so it looked good and removed weird placement of some navmesh parts.
This is now saved as a .esp file.

Now some questions.

• Did i do correctly to make (duplicate) a new cell and starting my build in this?

• Was it correct of me to make navmesh inside of a bus?

• How do the game know where the ground is, do I have to make some kind of marker to specify this and place it where I want the ground level?

• Do I need to make/compile this in to a .nif and so where do I start with that? I have installed the program NifSkope if that is such a program? (downloaded that program and been taking a peep at some Prefab in the game to get a some what idea)

If so, how do I add my creation to NifScope, it do not take .esp files.

• Where do I go from here, lets say I now have a .nif file (if needed), to make this as object to be put in the Settlement workshop menu?

Hope that some of you guys have some nice voodoo modding magic knowledge to share.

Cheers (beers)
