izanagi33
I really like to use hairs and other types of clothes with physics, but it's just too sensitive so much that it flails around like an unattended fire hose. Is there any way to manually adjust how hard it moves? Edit: I downloaded the "Just for fun" (JFF) program to adjust the parameters and I assume THIS is what changes what I'm looking to change, but I have no idea how to use it and the link that was given to show you how to use it is dead I've scoured the internet for some idea on how to use it, but i can't find anything. Any hints/advice/how-to guides would be astronomically appreciated. Edited January 15, 2018 by izanagi33

ff7legend
In hdtphysicsextensions.ini, there's a parameter called SolverDamp = [Default value is 0.8]. Try setting this to 1.0 or 1.2. Should help solve your issue. Flailing HDT physics can also indicate fps in excess of 60 but can be caused by other things too. If all else fails, try limiting your fps via your video driver or ENB (if used). V-sync needs to be enabled in Bethesda games or the physics can get wonky & eventually damage your save game. Enable v-sync via your video driver or ENB (if used). iPresentInterval=1 is the in-game v-sync but I've found that my ENB v-sync works best in terms of performance. Every system is different though. Hope this helps.
