CTDs on new game after playing fine for 30+ hours

I decided to start over so I could use TPOS in my game, but now whether I use it or not I get CTDs frequently. I've had a very stable experience up until now so I'm really confused. I've worked on this on my own for days and can't figure it out. Any help is greatly appreciated.

 

Edit: It occurs most frequently when I save FWIW.

This is the kind of topic I suspect won't get many replies because there are probably millions of them, but I've disabled nearly half my load order trying to figure it out. I would really appreciate some help figuring it out.
