Is there a mod now for just adding perk points?

I been testing a few of the mods that let you add perk points but only this one worked so far for me:

I don' t think this is a spoiler. If it is, I appologise, but then again, if you are looking to boost your perk points, the game is already spoiled from vanilla.

 

You can consol your way to more perks.

 

 

 

Use - player.setlevel X

 

Make the X a few levels below your present level. The game spawns at the new level and you still get the benefits of all your skills and perks. Save your game before using this as some strange things have happened with skills. If used at low levels, you can go to 10th or so, reset to 1 and then get to 10 again in just minutes. If your goal is to power your way through the game, a few resets will be just what you want.
