Missing Water issue

So far I've only noticed the piece of water below as being missing. But I'm unsure how exactly to go about trouble shooting what might be causing the issue. Cause its not as if all waters gone or even most its just one little section that seems to have not loaded for some reason. The fish are there, flying in the absent river or stream, I do not however appear to swim when i enter that piece of the river, its just as if its gone for some strange reason. I do have realistic water installed, but far as I can tell that doesn't seem to be the issue. The part missing is between Darkshade Caverns and Lost Knife on the bridge while walking down the road between them. I believe it might have even been there at one time but it is possible I simply over looked it before.

 

Any help fixing or helping me diagnose the problem is appreciated. Also is it possible that the water will just show back up by some miracle?

I have exactly the same issue but have yet to find an answer.

I'm also having the exact problem with missing my river water, but when I enter the 'dry' spot it acts just like it does when I am under water, but if I'm on the regular dry land next to the river, the water isn't visible, (I'm just using RealWaters 2 for water).

Missing texture. Remove realwaters 2 completely including textures don't just disable the mod.
