I found 2 mods so far that for some reason show as installed but are missing pretty much all their files even though when you compare them to others that installed without a problem there is no difference in the structure they are Rogue Like Encounters and Ultimate Deadly Encounters. I had to install them manually to get the files to go in. I contacted the mod author and he believes the issue is on your end.

I had an issue transferring from NMM where half of my installed mod folders were empty so I decided to just use the downloads folder and reinstall them but when I do that I dont get any of the version numbers hence I am unable to link to the mods page and check for up dates. Is there a button to scan the mods and fix this like there was in NMM?

This may be a dumb question but when you have conflicts between two mods you use the load after command for the mod file you want to over write the other ?

I have exactly the same issue but have yet to find an answer.

I always take out any esp from merged mods and I'm still having the issue. But how long it takes to happen isn't always the same,some times it a few minutes some times its hours.

Ive been playing SE without it and really the only mods I used SKSE for was the MCM menu,Race menu and Duel Sheath Redux( which who knows if it will be made SE compatible when SKSE comes out)and honestly havent missed it because of all the great mods that have come out for SE.So for me if it comes out it comes out and for those who wont play without it they are missing out on in my opinion a much better version of Skyrim.

The members of SKSE have always said it would alwaysbe free and they would never consider charging for it for many reasons.

Sometimes I think Beth does these weekend patches just to screw those of us who can only play on weekends LOL. I always put a copy of the Fallout4.exe on my desktop so when Beth does a patch I can replace the new one with the copy and my game works again till f4se gets updated

Do you have DD Productions AIO Standalone mod I had to deactivate it so it may not be f4se but the updaate itself.So I reinstalled it and put it at the bottom of my load order and the game worked again.Also if you have ESP Explorer you may have to go in and manually delete the loose files because sometimes MNN only deletes the esp

Me to and I got rid of all outdated plugins and that didnt help any one have any ideas.

A few mods have scripts that need to be updated to the new version happened to me with 1.7.09 and they cant update till the new version F4SE comes out

Thankyou that was the issue Im helping beta test NMM andf when I scanned for updates it missed IN-Game ESP Explorer

I dont know about anyone else but Im still crashing at start up even when only running dlcs cant even get to the load screen.

Wish I could get to the point of loading a save it crashes at start up for me.

Im having the same issue where my game ctds at start up I even tried to start it with no mods other than the DLCs and it still crashed.

Beth is starting to look like Steam Workshop for Skyrim with stolen mods and copies of stolen mods I hope they smarten up soon.

Im really starting to wonder if Beth cares if a mod is stolen or has stolen assets a prime example is Resurrection by ResDev its been up on Beths site since it got banned from here for use of stolen assets and from what I understand many have reported it to Beth. If you read the comments ResDev and his followers are starting to feel invincible and I only see it as making other think its alright to steal from honest modders and are safe from prosecution for their theft as long as they post the mods on Beths site. Now there is a guy name Weejo911 is threatening to post stolen mods in ResDevs comments section and even if hes not serious its not a comment Beth should put up with.

Now its time for those who made a big deal about donating to put their money where their mouths are and show our modders some love.
