To make it easy enough, I just used Bevilex' modlist for Oblivion. https://pastebin.com/wdkJuUMW - oblivion.ini If you can think of any other .ini that would help let me know and I'll post them YES, I did all the LOD.exe and .bats and so on. EDIT: Disabled Manage FPS on OblivionReloaded, and it's fine now. Thank you! so much. That flashing crap was annoying. amazing how a old ass game like this can still only run at 30fps, cause of the upgrades of amazin-ness.
