I don't know how in depth to modding you are, do you have the geck set up? if you do you can go to the lucky 38 cell and double click on a object like the door. That should bring up the form and it's baseID will be listed. If your just a player, maybe you can post some screen shots or just a more detailed description of what you want removed. Like is it all the interior doors in the presidential suite? I just need some detail so I know what to objects specifically to edit their models. This version of the lucky 38 is facade, a false front. You live in a world of illusion and mirages. If I remove one of those panels you won't see the lucky38 interior....that's a different cell. For a practical example, do me a favor and enter the noclip command and walk through.....that way you'll see what I mean. Let me poke around a bit and look at Victor and his script.
