Looking for mod/guide to change memory of "?cell/block?"

I forgot name of guide where you did following:

 

In console you typed "command" and game showed you in % how much is occupied in "?cells/blocks?". There was cca 8 lines - "cells/blocks".

 

According to guide you should never go above 90%. If remember well, it started around 50-70 mb. Than you rise value in some file. For me it was cca 120mb.

 

Any idea what that was about?

Found it.

 

Its CustomMemoryBlock=1 in CrashfixPlugin.ini.
