Unable to travel east from imperial city

This one has me stumped. I can travel all over the western part of Cyrodiil, but as soon as I try to leave the city island east or south the game crashes. I've got New Roads and Bridges Revised 4.6.3, and it's a guaranteed crash to try and cross the bridge by the East Guard Station. My game has been BOSSed and Wrye Bashed to Nirn and back, and I can use the northern bridges. :wallbash:

 

I'm about to start stripping out things like the new bridges/roads out, see what happens, but any clues/help would be much appreciated.

 

ETA: I've attached a screenshot showing how far east I can get. Any further and bam! - CTD.

Do you have unique landscapes installed? I used to ctd in exactly the same spot until I bashed the cells (wrye bash).

now it is ok. Ther is also a bad ctd spot west of skingrad, just past the bridge which is because of the same reason.

I usually "coc center" on the console wait 3-4 days "saveini" on the console then return. This usually resets cells and bad spawns for me.

Okay, that's just bizarre, now.

 

I can travel past that point going east from Cheydinhal, but as soon as I turn around and go west - CTD.

 

I guess fast travel is my friend, after all.

Go and hide somewhere with NO NPC's around for three and a half days. (or, whatever your respawn timer is set to, plus a half a day.) Then try the trip again.
